01Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the PetXplor platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. PetXplor acts as a marketplace that facilitates connections between Pet Owners and Pet Care Professionals ("Pros") in Malta.
02The Role of PetXplor
PetXplor is not a pet care provider. We provide the technology to discover, book, and pay for services. We do not employ Pet Pros. While we verify identities and certifications, Pet Owners are responsible for making the final decision on the suitability of a Pro for their specific pet's needs.
PetXplor is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any User, whether online or offline.
03Bookings & Financials
- Payments must be made exclusively through the PetXplor secure payment portal.
- PetXplor collects a service fee (commission) to fund the Platform and XplorShield™ coverage.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service start time may be subject to a non-refundable fee.
04XplorShield™ Protection
Services booked and paid through PetXplor are covered by the XplorShield™ Guarantee. This includes reimbursement for eligible veterinary expenses arising from injuries during a booking, subject to our specific XplorShield™ Policy limits and deductibles.
